Warung Ayam Kampung (AKAM)

Sore itu perut saya benar-benar keroncongan. Sepertinya saya menderita sakit kelaparan stadium 3, bakalan semaput kalau ga segera diisi dengan ransum 3 piring *loohhh okeh men mas*  Setelah puter sana sini, clingak clinguk kanan kiri akhirnya saya mampir di salah satu warung waralaba terkenal. Sebenarnya ga pingin mampir kesini, tapi berhubung perut udah kayak dipukulin sama tentara yang lagi kelaperan mau ga mau kudu makan nih.

Tempat makan ini pasti eaters semua udah kenal. Namanya Waroeng Ayam Kampung, atau yang biasa disingkat dengan Waroeng Akam. Kali ini saya hanya ingin berbagi cerita sedikit aja. Warung ini konon katanya punya salah seorang ustad terkenal di Indonesia, kalian bisa melihatnya dari berbagai pernak-pernik tentang si ustad di berbagai sudut warung. *nek ora salah lho yo, nak salah yo aku dikandani yo* 

Tapi sepertinya konsep warung ini diserahkan kepada manajemen waroeng yang sudah terkenal di Jogja. Liat aja bentuk interior dan penataan warungnya, sama persis dengan warung waralaba yang punya ciri khas warna kuning hitam itu. Lokasi Akam yang saya singgahi kali ini berada di sebelah barat terminal Condong Catur. Dan berada persis disebelah sungai yang cukup besar. Kalau boleh saya ingin memberikan masukan buat tempat ini. Sungainya sih keren tapi baunya ga nguatin mas, aroma tak sedapnya sampai ke dalam warung. Kalau bisa sih di bersihin sedikit sungainya, biar baunya ilang. *hanya sekedar masukan*

Bentuk bangunan yang cukup besar dan didukung dengan halaman parkir yang segede lapangan bola ini bisa menampung banyak sekali pengunjung dalam satu waktu. Mungkin memang konsep ini yang ingin mereka berikan kepada para pengunjungya. Konsep keluarga dan kumpul bareng teman-teman disaat berkuliner ria.

Cukup ya bahas warungnya, udah perih nih perut, mulesnya udah sampe ke ubun-ubun *lebay ah mas ‘e* Saya pesan tiga menu sekaligus, biar kenyang.. hahahaha.. Menu saya yang pertama adalah Dada Ayam Kampung goreng. Karena ayam kampung udah pasti bentuk dan ukurannya gede. Saya suka cara masaknya nih, digorengnya ga terlalu lama, jadi rasa daging ayam kampungnya masih empuk dan sedap.

Karena udah nyobain dadanya sekarang giliran Paha Ayam Kampung goreng juga saya pesan. Udah dada sekarang paha, josss benerrrr..  *dasar bocah gemblung* Bumbu yang mereka berikan terasa sangat gurih dan lebih cenderung asin. Jadi harus pake nasi yak kalau ga pingin keasinan.

Menu yang ketiga dan terakhir adalah Garang Asem. Menu masakan khas dari Solo ini ternyata juga ada di warung ini. Rasanya segar sekali, bumbunya terasa mantab dan ringan. Dari semua yang sudah saya cicipi saya memilih garang asem sebagai juaranya.

Penderitaan saya kali ini saya akhiri dengan segelas Jus Alpukat dan Jeruk Hangat. Akhirnya pusing di ubun-ubun saya sudah hilang. Saatnya meluncur lagi mencari jejak-jejak kuliner di kota jogja tercinta. Jangan lupa beri komentar kalian dibawah ya.. Selamat berjalan-jalan dan mencicipi kuliner khas jogja. Salam kuliner

Climbing Mount Papandayan. Mount Papandayan is a strato volcano in Garut, West Java Subdistrict in Indonesia.
